new IHS ratings for boosters

i was thrilled to find out the the IHS published new ratings for booster seats. they actually tested 60 boosters and created lists for best bets, good bets, and not recommended. being that i love my maxi-cosi rodi xr, i was more than relieved to see it on the best bets list.
